You can go for IAS exam without worry because there is no any percentage restriction in UPSC. If you are only Graduation pass then also you can go for UPSC IAS examination. The age limit is different for different categories. For General Categories it is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of exam year.

For OBC candidates it is extended to 33 years of age. For SC/ST cadidates it is 35 years of age and for handicapped person it is 40 years of age. If you are belonging to general category then you can apply in between age of 21 years to 30 years.

Also there is no. of attampts for different categories. General category students can face this exam only 4 times. For OBC categories it is 7 and for SC/ST candidate there is no limit for attampting the IAS examination.

Don't worry about the percentage you can apply for IAS exam and you have to start preparation for it. You should have to choose subjects for IAS Mains exam. You can choose any subject but I have to advice you to choose Arts subjects because many good toppers have chosen Arts Subject and you know IIT and IIM students also opt Arts subject because it is quite easy from Science and management subjects. Best of luck.
