First of all let me tell you that you are very curious about your studies as well as much focused then the rest of the guys which is a very good thing for sure. You have just passed 12th and you have decided your goal which is a very good thing. See if you want to complete MBA in Human resources then there is nothing much for you to do as of now because MBA is a postgraduate course and only a graduate can go for this course. You have mentioned that you have just cleared 12th that means you have to study three more years to complete your graduation and to become eligible for MBA. so I advice you to as of now focus on your graduation and try to get good marks One more thing that I want to tell you is that prepare for the entrance exam of MBA in these three years so that you get good marks in your very first attempt of MBA. There are many entrance exam of MBA but only a few has good colleges under it. For example CAT, which is the most important MBA entrance exam. Every year around 8 lac student sit for the exam and only a bunch of them actually gets the seat in the reputed colleges so the competition is higher and hence you have to perform exceptionally well and work hard to clear the entrance exam.

    Other exams are :-

MBA eligibility is as follows :-

    Graduation with 55% marks
    Good communication skills
Any subject student can go for MBA
    No age Bar
Experience will be an added advantage.

    Benefits of MBA :-

    1. Higher salary then others
    2. Switching job will easy
    3. You will directly get higher posts
    4. Companies are always looking at Candidates having management Expertise

    Hope it will help
