Now a days B.tech is becoming equal to that of regular degree courses. If you not get any job with your B,tech and you are interested in further studies then it is better to go with MBA than M.Tech or others.

Today M.Tech, especially in IT or Computer Science is not having much of a value from job prospects and it is not advisable for students right now. Also M.Tech in other genres also loosing its glory over the period of time.

So MBA is a good decision that you have taken. Well since you are from B.Tech I would say your potential MBA choices could be:
MBA in Engineering,

If you have passed out your B.Tech with more than 50-55% then you apply for any MBA admission test you like. Prepare in the Aptitude test, General Knowledge, English Language and other parts, clear the examination and you could get yourself admitted in MBA. Right Now CAT examinations are up next. Also you can try for TANCET and MAH CET or MAT for next year.

yes of course it is good choice to do MBA after the B tech but it is not wise decision because you have another option and i think best option as compare to the MBA and the option is M tech.
it has more scopes then MBA and after that you will get good job in many technical companies and there you will also get good salary and more salary as compare to the after MBA.
no doubt MBA is also a good course but i think for the technical students it is not the best course. and as you ave another option M tech you have to choose that course for your carrier. and i think M tech is the wise decision after the B tech.

If you were good in B.Tech and are interested in studying in more depth your bachelors subjects, then you should go for M.Tech.
If you think you can bell the CAT and get admissions in IIMs then nothing like it.
If you not want any more studies for the time being, then go for a job from yur campus or off-campus.
