Re: Further study for a good career after MBA in HR?

MBA in HR itself comes with a promising career. If you want to start your career at this stage then also you can start as after your MBA in HR you are eligible for all the posts related to HR fields and you can join any one of them. There are many career opportunities available for a HR manager. If you still want to study more then there are many option which you can look at

I have listed down few options here and you can select any one of them. :-

    1. NET/SLET :- If you want to make your career in teaching field then you can get a post of Assistant professor, Professor and Senior professor by clearing this exam because this exam is a must for all the posts in the college. The eligibility of the course is the candidate should be a Post-graduate with 55% percent marks and if the candidate belongs to SC/ST then he or she can apply with 50% also.

    2. Diploma :- If you want to make your career in HR only then you can do some additional courses also related to HR field and by this you can get an added advantage over other candidates of HR.

Other courses :- If you want to change your field now then also you can do it by doing some diploma courses in that field.

    Hope it will help
