    Fee structure for Hotel Management course?

    Hii...i am doing my 2 in science and after completing my 2 i want 2 do hotle management..
    So plz can i know that how much fees does it required 2 complete this hotle management.???plz asn thz

    You mean that you are in 12 th class in science field, see if you want to do MBA in hotel management than you are not eligible for it right now. As for doing MBA in any field or any other masters degree you first need to have a bachelors degree like b.com, bsc etc. After completing your bachelors degree with atleast 60% you will be eligible for the entrance in these courses. There also you will first have to give an MBA entrance exam like CAT/XAT/MAT based on the score in any of these exams you can find a college for yourself to do an MBA.

    If you want to do a course in hotel management after your 12th than you can apply for diploma courses in hotel management which are of 2 or 3years according to institute and the programme you take admission in.There can be entrance exam or direct entrance through scores in 12 th class.Fees structure vary from college to college. So it will be better that you contact the particular institute and get the details about the fees for the course you want to take admission in.

    The fee structure for Hotel Management course is 30,000 to 55,000 per semester
    The fee structure varies from one Institute to another.

    Hotel management course is very much in demand in India as well as in Abroad .

    Basic Requirement and Education (Academic qualification - )

    One can enter this field by direct entry or through hotel management institutes.

    * * For direct entry the vacancies are generally advertised in the newspapers and the minimum prescribed qualification is graduation with 50% marks. They are trained by the hotels themselves. But Qualified personnel's are always given a higher preference.

    * * Minimum qualification required to go for a course in hotel management is 10+2.

    * * For certificate, diploma and bachelors courses 10+2 is sufficient.

    * * Duration of certificate courses is six months to one year.

    * * Bachelor and diploma courses are of duration one and half to three years.

    * * Those with graduation can go for post graduate diploma courses the duration of which is one year.

    * * Selection to most government recognized institutes is based on common entrance test.

    * * Test consists of English, Reasoning, General Science and General Knowledge. The test is of two hour duration and is held around April every year. The test is

    followed by a group discussion and interview, in which a person's personality and confidence is seen. Private institutes also conduct tests of their own, the pattern of

    which is almost the same.

    Fee structure : Ranges from 55,000 - 3.5 lac .

    Earning : ( Remuneration varies between the different organizations which employ them.)

    # # Minimum monthly emoluments are approximately Rs. 7500-Rs 10000 depending upon factors such as the category of employing hotel, institute from where the student graduated, city of location, etc.

    Hotel manager.

    Assistant manager.

    Department manager.

    Front Office manager.

    Reservation clerk.

    Executive housekeeper.

    Restaurant and food service manager.

    Bell captain.

    Hotel Management Course is of three years
    Fees in the Government colleges for 3 years is Rs 2.25 lakhs
    Hostel fees and fooding is extra

    You should apply to the NCHMCT OR National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance test for the Hotel Management Course.

    Eligibilty to apply for this written Test is:

    Educational Qualifications:
    12th Pass in any stream
    English should be one of the subjects in class 12th

    AGE- Max age to apply for the General and OBC candidates is 22 years
    Only Candidates born on and after 1st July 1991 can apply
    SC/ST candidates gets 3 years age relaxations

    Questions will be asked from the below sections in the Hotel Management Entrance ExamsNumerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude
    Reasoning and Logical Deduction
    General Knowledge & Current Affairs
    English Language
    Aptitude for Service Sector
