    Hello,MBA is a Master's degree,which helps you to be placed directly in top level and middle level management directly.you must qualify in CAT,MAT,GMAT,XAT entrance tests to get admissions in top business schools.to appear for all this exams you should be a graduate with 5o% of marks then only you are eligible.

    CAT is a common admission test, conducted by IIMs to get admissions in to their management programs.this is a online test, where you need to answer the questions in online.so be careful while answering the test.

    GMAT is a graduate management admission test to get admissions in foreign business schools.this score will be valid up to 5 years.you can use this score to join up to 5 years.but try to join within 2 years time otherwise you will be less preferred in the admission procedure.

    MAT is a management admission test to get admissions in to India wide business schools. this exam will be conducted four times a year i.e. February,May,September,December.

    some states they are conducting state wide entrance test to get admissions in to their MBA colleges.

    COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT) :
    The CAT paper has traditionally been a 120 - minute test.
    The test consists of the following :-

This, as such, is the testimony as to the validity, reliability and usability of aptitude testing of AIMA. Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is being conducted four times a year. The test consists of five sections viz.

    Mathematical Skills

    Intelligence & Critical Reasoning

    XAT 2012 Eligibility:- A bachelors degree under 10+2+3 system from a recognized university or a deemed university.


    Duration & Timing:- The test will be of 2 Ĺ hours


    Total Questions:- 127, XAT question Paper had 3 sections (Reading Comprehension & English - 40 Questions,Quantitative Ability - 44 Questions,Data Interpretation and Reasoning - 43 Questions) and every question was of 1 mark each and negative marking was 1/3rd for first five wrong answers and 1/2 marks for more than 5 questions in each sections

    There are many MBA entrance exams for the admission in to the top B-Schools for doing the MBA degree. Some of the most common MBA entrance exams are as follows::

    1) CAT
    Common Admission Test . This entrance exam is mainly conducted for the admission in the various IIMs. It is generally conducted once in a year in the month of November. For this you have to register online from the official website http://www.catiim.in/. This is an online exam and based on the percentile scored in the written exam you will be called by the different IIMs for the group discussion and the personal interview . And based on the performance in the group discussion and the personal interview you can get the admission for the different programs conducted by the different IIMs and other colleges taking admission through the CAT score.

    2)MAT
    Its full form is Management Aptitude Test . MAT is generally conducted 4 times in a year for the admission in the different MBA colleges for the different courses. You may register for the admission form its official website http://www.aima-ind.org/

    3) GMAT
    GMAT is the Graduate Management Aptitude Test which is for the admission in the MBA colleges for the abroad. In this exam questions are generally form the mathematics , English , Aptitude section . This test is conducted online .     Apart from these MBA entrance exam there are other exams such as the SNAP , TANCET , ATMA , NMAT , FMS , IIFT etc.

    Hi, You can write MBA entrance exams like CAT, MAT, FMS, XAT, IIFT, SNAP etc which you can avail for gettingadmission in the colleges or universities for doing the MBA degree. To be eligible for these exams YOU should have passed the graduation or the Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of the marks(45% for the SC/ST candidates) and from the recognized university.     you must qualify any one of the following exams-

    1) CAT-min 50 % is necessary in graduation. CAT score is accepted by all IIMs and 102 other institute in india.
    2) MAT- this exam is conducted by all india management association to fill the postgraduate seats in business schools of india. in 2012 on exam date was 26 may from 10 am to 12:30 pm. graduation from any recognized university is necessary.
    3)MBA CET- graduation is necessary with minimum 50%. htere will be 200 question each having one mark.
    4)XAT-this exam is conducted by XLRI.
    5)NMAT- this exam is conducted by narsee monjee institute of management studies.
    6)TANCET- conducted to fill the seats in management school at postgraduate level in Tamilnadu state.
