PGDM, it means Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Mainly PGDM is a Graduate Diploma degree i.e. Diploma degree after graduation. It is not equivalent to Master degree. So, first of all you have to complete your Master Degree i.e. MBA then you will eligible for UGC NET exam.

The eligibility criteria for UGC NET exam is 55% or above marks in Master Degree from a recognized University. You have to get 55% and above marks in your MBA.

Since you are PGDM so you can go direct 2nd year in MBA through Lateral Entry. In this case the MBA will be of 1 year for you. You can fill the UGC form after your MBA exam still your Result is awaited.
    Best of luck.
