If you have completed your Master degree with 55% and above marks then you are fully eligible for the PhD entrance test. For PhD entrance test you can fill the form of UGC JRF exam i.e. Junior Research Fellowship examination. If you will pass this examination then you will be eligible for PhD in Management and also Lecturer post in any Management college.

The eligibility criteria for UGC JRF examination is 55% and above marks in Master degree from a Recognized university. For SC/ST candidates it is 50% and above marks. The age criteria for this entrance test is maximum 28 years. If you are above than 28 years then you cannot fill this form.

If you are now giving MBA Final year examination then also you can fill this form and your result is still awaited then you need to pass your MBA within two years. After passing this examination you have to apply for good universities and Institutes for admission and after then you can get admission in it.

But if you have crossed 28 years of age then don't worry you can go for PhD from distance learning course and you can fill the form of UGC NET examination. In this you cannot go for PhD course but you can go for Lecturer post in any management college. But if you will go for distance learning for PhD then first you should do M.Phill course.
