You can do PhD and you are fully eligible for PhD. If you have 55% and above marks in MBA then you are fully eligible for PhD. If you want then you can do PhD from regular or Distance education. But I have to suggest you to go for regular PhD. For this you can fill the form of UGC JRF exam. UGC JRF i.e. Junior Research Fellowship exam is conducted by UGC for PhD degree and also Lecturer post in different universities.

The eligibility criteria for UGC NET exam is 55% and above marks in Master Degree from a recognized university. The age limit is not more than 28 years for JRF exam. If you will pass this exam and get good marks then you will go for good universities for PhD degree and also you are fully eligible for the Lecturer post in any Management college.

Also if you have crossed 28 Years of age then don't worry you can go for UGC NET exam. In this you cannot go for PhD course but you are eligible for the Lecturer post. In this case you can do PhD from distance learning.

There are many distance learning universities in India which provide you PhD in Management. But for distance learning it is better that you should do M.Phill first. If you will do M.Phill then you can do PhD from any Institute. Best of luck.

Dear friend. . . . A good option after MBA HR is get a job in a top core sector. Besides going for full time doctorate course you can enroll yourself in a good business sector units for better future. Once you enter into it the management of that company will take you to many courses. You can learn as well earn. This could be better choice. Think over it. Thank you. All the best.
