    Eligibility for NET exam in Marketing after MBA in Marketing?

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    i am an MBA in marketing, so can i appear NET exam in Marketing?

    Dear..

    If you have done your MBA in marketing which is a post-graduate program then you are eligible for the NET SET exam as the qualification required for the NET exam is a post graduate degree in the field in which the candidate want to appear for the NET/SET.

    The syllabus for the marketing is as follows :-

    It will cover topics from Marketing, Selling, BCG matrix, Export marketing, Rural marketing, Promotion mix, product mix, Advertising, Below the line, Above the line marketing, International marketing etc.

    YES, you can appear for the NET exams in the subject Marketing.
    NET exams are conducted by UGC twice each year in June and Decemeber

    Next exams will be held on 30th December 2012
    Last date to apply is 16th November 2012

    Fees has to be paid for this exam in the branches of SBI.
    Than after paying the fees you can apply for this exam through the website www.ugcnetonline.in
    While filling the challan for the Paying the fees you need to mention the subject code and centre code which is avaialble on the above website

    Eligibilty to sit in the NET exams is Post Graduation with Minimum 55% marks
