    Dear Friend,

    NET stands for National Eligibility Test. It is a national level entrance examination conducted in our country for postgraduate candidates who wants to pursue for admission in PhD research and/or university level teaching jobs in India.

    Students who have passed PGDBA are eligible for UGC NET Examination.

    The examination is conducted twice every year. The notification is released in the month of April and September for June and December examination respectively by UGC.

    Eligibility for UGC NET Entrance Examination 2013

    Candidate should have passed master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or diploma course of two years

    Must have secured minimum 55% marks in post graduation and 50% marks for SC/ST category candidates

    If you have completed two year regular diploma in business administration then you can apply but if you got only one year diploma then you can not apply for UGC NET examination

    You can apply for UGC NET Entrance examination and prove your eligibility for lectureship because upcoming UGC NET Entrance test will be conducted in December of this year so please get more details at www.ugcnetonline.in

    There will be various papers conducted in this examination in that all three papers are objective type in pattern and passing in each test is necessary then only you will be considered eligible for score card

    the eligibility for giving the NET exam is as follows-
    you need to be a post graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and you should be having a minimum of 55% marks in your post graduation course.
    Therefore if you are having 55% marks in your PGDBA then you are eligible for it.

    Yes you can apply for NET Exam after PGDBA. According to eligibility criteria of NET Exam final year student also eligible to apply. Hence you can apply for NET and SET Exam.


    UGC conducts the NET exam.




    The eligibility criteria for the NET Exam :




    You must be a is a post graduation in any fields.


    The percentage requirement for the NET exam is 55% aggregate in the Masters’ course .



    Age Limit:


    For junior research fellowship the maximum age should be 28 years.

    For lectureship there is no upper age limit.


    Exam Pattern :


    From this year NET exam is fully based on objective type Question paper.

    You can Apply for NET After PGDBA
    Eligibility for NET:
    Any Post Graduation from Recognized University with 50% marks
    No Age limit for NET

    All the persons who passed or doing PG degree are eligible for net exam. It is conductd by ugc every year. 55% marks in PG is needed for net exam. 50% marks for SC and ST is required.
