MBA is a Master Degree and the eligibility criteria for it is Graduation. If you are only diploma then first of all you have to clear your Graduation. After this you can go for admission in MBA. The eligibility criteria for full time MBA course is 50% and above marks in Graduation from any stream with a recognized university.

After completing your diploma you have to get admission in B.Tech or any other Graduation course. After completing your Graduation course you will then go for CAT/MAT/XAT examination and then Group discussions and Interview test and then you can join MBA course.

But if you want to go for MBA directly after Diploma then you can join 5 Years Integrated programme for MBA. The eligibility criteria for this 5 Year MBA programme is 10+2 or 3 Years Diploma. You can join B.Tech-MBA 5 Years Integrated course or BBA-MBA 5 Years Integrated course.

If you will join B.Tech-MBA Integrated course then it will be 4 Years for you because you are Diploma and you can go directly 2nd year of B.Tech course and then after 4 Years you will get Direct MBA degree. If you will go first Graduation degree and then MBA then you will have to spend also 5 Years. So, you can do B.Tech-MBA Integrated course and you can get Engineering degree with MBA in 4 Years. Best of luck.
