No you are not eligible for CAT exam but you are eligible for MAT exam. The eligibility criteria for CAT exam is 50% and above marks in Graduation and your marks is not enough. You can apply for MAT exam. There is no any percentage requirements in MAT exam. The eligibility criteria is Pass in Graduation from a recognized university.

There are many good colleges in MAT also. You can go for that colleges. But many colleges demand for good marks in graduation with valid MAT score. Means you can apply for that colleges when your graduation marks is above 60% and also good score in MAT exam.

But you don't need to worry much. There are many colleges which are good and govt. colleges and there is no any restriction of Percentage and you can go for that colleges. You can apply for that colleges with your Graduation Marks Sheet and MAT score Grade Card.

After applying in colleges you have to be called for group discussions and Interview. You have to score good in that also then you can come in merit list and you can get admission in MBA. Best of luck.

Its extremely sorry to tell you that you can not appear in the CAT examination as GE category.

CAT is COMMON ADMISSION TEST for the management programs.Held on third Sunday of November each year.CAT is conducted by the (IIMs) INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENTS every year.

The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is to have a bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate.

The final year students can also appear in this examination but they have to remember that , they must have to secure minimum 50% marks in their aggregate so that they can be eligible for the MBA course later.

There is relaxation for the reserved category students. The students who belongs from the Sc/St category has to score minimum 45% marks in their graduation aggregate to be eligible for this exam as well as for the MBA course.

Dear aspirant as you are telling that you have completed your bachelor degree course as B.com.So by this you are only fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria of CAT exam.Since you are not fulfilling the percentile criteria of this exam so It is again sorry to say you that you can not appear in this exam.

    !! Best Of Luck !!
