UGC NET i.e. National Eligibility Test is the entrance test after which you can go for the Lecturer posts in any university in India. The eligibility criteria for the entrance test is 55% of marks in the post graduate degree with a recognized university. If you have 55% or above marks then you can go for the ugc net examinaition. There are two types of exams in ugc net. UGC-JRF exam i.e. Junior research fellowship exam. If you have the age of under 28 years then you can fill this form. By passing this exam you will then go for the admission in the PhD in managment in any university in India. And also you can go for the Lecturer posts in any management Institute in India.

But if you are crossed the age of 28 years then you cannot fill the form of JRF. You then go for the UGC NET exam in which you cannot go for the PhD programme but you can go for the Lecturer posts. For more details you can visit www.ugcnetonline.in Best of luck.
