Of course any graduate who do his/her graduation of 3 to 4 years, can fill the form of IAS i.e. Indian Administrative Services. The eligibility criteria for IAS is graduation in any stream from a recognized university. There is no any percentage requirements for appearing in this exam.

But there is age criteria too. The age should be between 21 to 30 years in the year of examination. If you have such age qualification with your graduation degree which is recognized with UGC and AIU i.e. Association of Indian Universities then you can fill the form of IAS.

But there is no. of attampting the exam for different cast. For General Cast it is 4 times, for OBC it is 7 times and for SC/ST No limit. This exam is conducted by UPSC i.e. Union Public Service Commission.

So, you have to fill the form of IAS through UPSC. You can fill this form online at www.upsc.gov.in and also get other information in this website. Best of luck.
