The eligibility criteria for CAT exam is Graduation with 50% and above with any stream from a UGC and AIU recognized university. If you are Master Degree holder then you need not to show your Master Degree because MBA is also a Master Degree. So for getting MBA admission your Graduation Degree is enough.

But if you have less marks than 50% then you can show your Master Degree if in your Master degree there is 50% and above marks. There is no AGE LIMIT for applying in this exam.

But you should have good marks in Graduation to get good Management school. Many management school want 60% and above marks in Graduation with valid CAT Marks.

Means when you will pass CAT exam and get good marks in CAT also then you should have to apply for Management school with your Graduation Degree and CAT Grade Card. After this college will call you for group discussions and interveiw test. If you will pass in all these exams then you will get admission in MBA. Best of luck.
