Re: Difference between MBA in Hr after B.Com. & after B.E.?

There is no difference at all in the curriculum of MBA in HR stream even if you do it after B.Com or after BE.

But there are some advantages of doing MBA in HR after completion of BE.

The duration of BE is 4 years. They have got good amount of subject knowledge in the 4 year course.

If the company recruit these candidates as HR, then the company will use these people not only for HR functions but also for handling core business (if needed).

Moreover, the candidates who are from BE background are having good communication skills when compared to B.Com people.

Because, BE people will involve in various activities like
    Paper Presentations
    Viva at Project submission
    Group Discussions etc.

I don't think B.Com people will participate in these activities.

To join MBA course, the following is the eligibility criteria.

-One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream with minimum 50% of marks.
-Relaxation is there in percentage of marks upto 5% for the candidates of SC or ST category.

The popular Entrance Exams to join MBA course are
    GMAT etc.

You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification.

If you have the above mentioned eligibility criteria, then you can join MBA course by cracking the Entrance Exam.

    Wish you all the best.
