Yes you can do ICWA after your MBA.
ICWA is about understanding the role of cost and financial management i.e managing money to ensure a fine balance between cost/expenses and available sources.
Your work after ICWA will be checking the feasibility of projects with available funds.The main part of your work will be designing cost control and management system and you will have to suggest effective cost cutting measures.
You should have analytical mind to analyze the facts and figures. You should have a logical approach in work. Your attention to minute details is a important thing.Your ability to communicate clearly is a vital quality you should have

Defiantly, you can do ICWA( Indian Council of World Affairs) after MBA course but currently their is NOT any recruitment or opening for any post. So you have to wait for it.
But importance thing in ICWA is , it mostly needs work experience to join any post . so you have to take experience in particular field of ICWA where you want to do your job.
