    Hi

    MAT exam is not held in the moth of MAY

    It is held in February and September.

    The registration for exam in February has been closed because the exam was on 5th February

    You can appear for MAT in September 2012

    Last Date for Online Registration is 18th August 2012

    It is a computer based test

    The test is on 23rd September 2012

    Test is divided in three main sections
    1. Psychometric assessment
    2. General Aptitude
    3. Domain Knowledge

    MAT is a Management Aptitude Test conducted by AIMA-New Delhi, to get admissions in to business schools in India.Almost all the business schools except IIMs are accepting MAT entrance test score in India.This test is conducted in two modes,on line and off line.Mostly all the candidates will go for only off line mode.This entrance test is conducted four times in a Year.i.e.February,May ,September, December etc..


    Eligibility Criteria to apply for Management Aptitude Test:



    >>You must be completed your graduation from recognized university with 50% of marks and if you are belonging to SC and ST then 45% of marks are enough.


    You can find application forms in their selected bank branches.Application price will be 1000 Rs.You have to send application to the New Delhi Head Office withing the given time.Later They will send You hall ticket to your address or You have to download the Hall ticket from their web site.

    Management Aptitude Test is India's Second Top entrance exam.Number of candidates are competitive for this entrance exam.If You get more than 90 percentile in this examination then only you will be having chance to get admission in to top Management Institutes.

    MBA is Master degree course, and it means Master in Business Administration. To get Admission In MBA course, you need to complete your bachelor degree with minimum 50% Marks.

    And you have to also apear for CAT/MAT entrance examination, And after clear the CAT/MAT examination, you will get admission in top MBA colleges.

    The CAT examination are held One time in a year and MAT examination was held 4 Times in a year. To get admission in Top B-Schools, You have to scored good marks in CAT examination.

    So, if you are interested to do MBA in future, then please improve your communication skills, and prepare for These given entrance examination, only then you will get admission in MBA entrance examination.

    MAT examination is conducted by AIMA every year for admission in different MBA colleges in India .The examination is conducted in the national level and nay students who have completed their graduation can apply for the exam.

    The examination is conducted 4 times in a year and there is no age limit for the examination .

    Hello,

    MAT examination is held to get into MBA courses from a business school. Any graduate from recognized university is eligible to appear for this exam. A candidate can appear for online test or in paper pencil mode depending on his/her choice.

    Syllabus of MAT exam consist of following sections-

    Paper 1: Language Comprehension
    Paper 2 : Mathematical Skills
    Paper 3: Data Analysis and Sufficiency
    Paper 4 : Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
    Paper 5 : Indian and Global Environment

    Which make it a total of 200 marks and total time allocated is 150 marks.

    Place to get MAT application form-

    1) Either you can apply online on AIMA website.

    2) Or you can buy it from All India Management Association Management House 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003, India. Tel: 011 - 24645100 011.
    You need to submit it at same place after filling the form

    MAT-Management Aptitude Test

    MAT (Management Aptitude Test) exam is a national level examination ,conducted by the All India Management Association(AIMA) for the admission to the MBA course. The MAT exam is held every 4 times in a year and are conducted in the months of September.December,February,May.

    Eligibility Criteria For MAT :


    - You should be a Graduate in any stream from any recognized university.


    - 50% criteria is required.


    - No age limit.

    Question paper pattern :


    - Reading Comprehension (40 Marks)

    you can give any exam, the validity of the score card of mat is 1 year.
    examination details of mat:
    total duration- 150 minutes.
    total number of questions- 200.
    number of sections- 4.
    sectional time limit- no.
    choices per question- 4.
    marks per questin- 1
    negative marking- 1/4 per wrong answer.

    intelligence and critical reasoning- 40 questions.

    you can apply for mat through both on-line and off-line mode, if you want to apply on-line then go to the website of aima and register your form and make a on-line payment. if you want to apply off-line the you can buy the mba form from any good coaching institutes of mba or selected branch of syndicate banks.

    MAT is the test conducted by All India Management Testing Service for entering into MBA or equivalent post graduate programmes.


    ELIGIBILITY-

    you must graduate from a recognized university.
    final year of graduation students are eligible.
    no age limit.



    There are five papers in MAT:

    Quantitative ability
    Data Interpretation
    Data Sufficiently
    Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
    General Awareness
    Analytical and Logical reasoning



    Paper Pattern:
    Total Questions: 200
    Time: 150 minutes

    Marks allocation:
    Correct attempt: 1 mark
