    Details about ICWA after MBA?

    i am a final year student in mba after completing my mba i like to join icwa i dont know how to join so how i aproach and join in icwa please tell me.

    • CWA is cost and work accountant course which is an professional course conducted by the Institute of cost accountant of India (ICoAI).
    • The course is divided into three stages which is foundation course, intermediate course and final course.
    • You are eligibile to take direct admission in the Intermediate course. In other words you are exempted to give foundation course as you have completed graduation.
    • For registration, purchase the application form with the prospectus from the nearest Cwa Centre, submit at the given address in form.

    ICWAI or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India promotes, regulate and develop the profession of
    Cost Accountancy in india. A Cost Accountant degree will enhance your professional knowledge in such a way
    that you will be able to manage finance in adecisive way.

    Eligibility:-

    A student from any stream having cleared 12th standard can enter the foundation course. After the foundation course
    there are two levels:the intermediate and the final course.
    Foundation Course: Intermediate Course:
    Eligibility for Admission:
    a) 17 years of age; and
    (b) Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board
    Incumbents waiting for the result can apply for provisional admission
    Eligibility for Admission:
    (a) is not less than 18 years of age; and
    (b) has passed degree Examination of any recognised University or equivalent
    Incumbents waiting for the result can apply for provisional admission


    Career Prospect:

    There is a demand for good Cost Accountant in every industry. You can also work as independent consultant. For
    junior level the average salaries vary between Rs.10,000 to Rs.15000 while a seasoned professional can fetch in
    between Rs.35,000 to Rs.40,000 per month.
