B.Ed. is the Bachelor degree of Education which is teacher training degree. The eligibility for this degree is Graduation with any stream from a recognized university. You can do this degree from regular university and distance university. IGNOU is the university in which you can do B.Ed. if you want to continue your job.

If you want to continue your current job then you should go for the distance course.
There is 9 month course in regular university and 2 years course in Distance university. But in distance university you have to show 2 years teaching experience, so I suggest you to go to the regular B.Ed. course. But in regular course you may leave your current job.

Now, some university take entrance test for B.Ed. twice in a year, for January session and for July session. You can fill the form for any session for your university in which you want to do B.Ed. You can also fill the form of UGC NET examination, in this you can be Lecturer in any Management college. The eligibility criteria for NET exam is Master degree from a recognized university. Best of luck.
