Since you have already completed MBA finance, I would suggest that you should first look for JOB.
Once you get a job work there for 1 or 2 years and then based on your work profile and type of work you are doing you can think of doing any other course
MBA finance is in itself a big professional degree and it will help you to get good jobs.

As far as Professional courses like CA/CS or ICWA is concerned it will not be that helpful right now.
It would have been beneficial if you would have started any of these courses right after passing class 12th.
You can do these courses right after passing class 12th.
In all these courses there is a Practical Training ranging from 15 months to 3 years

If you enter banking sector than you can do some NSE-NCFM modules related to finance, wealth Management and Derivatives and capital Markets

If you work as an analyst than you can do courses based on analytics.

Dear you are going to complete your MBA in Finance so that you have a major degree and with this you may go for any one of the CS or ICWA or CA because all are professional courses and after completing any one of them you will not sit vacant at your home means you will definitely get good job and some more opportunities in your future but dear you should choose the course according to the duration means if the course has a long duration then you should not complete that because you are already MBA holder so that first of all you should leave CA because it is more durable course and will take a long time to be completed and then you may choose any one of the CS or ICWA but i would like to suggest you for Company Secretary Course because it would be your plus point with your MBA and most of the companies prefers this qualification because it is relevant to the business and that is why you need to go for this course and complete

    All the best
