    Hello Sunita ,

As you have done MCom and also have 4 years of Experience in Sales , I would suggest you to go for MBA in Marketing ; it will help you to sharpen your skills . Looking from career point of view , Marketing is a better line for you than any other branch .

You can also do specialization ( Advance Certification Courses ) in Marketing subjects like Retail Management , Logistics Management , Business Management , Industrial Management , etc. after your MBA for better job prospects in Govt sectors as well .

    All The Best !

Your work experience will be an added advantage in admission for MBA. Since your job is still on, I will advice you don't leave it and go for part time/distance / Executive MBA. You will get a valuable degree, save time and still have your job where you will get chances of being promoted. You may go for:
    MBA in Marketing
    MBA in HR
    MBA in banking & finance
    MBA in Finance
    MBA in sales
    MBA in Business Administration

The top university at reasonable course fee that you may opt for distance/executive MBA is IGNOU. I am providing you with what ever details I know, please check their website for more:

    IGNOU
courses are a 2.5 years correspondence course. You have MBA programme in IGNOU 21 courses long. You may opt for 4 courses maximum in a sem. Rs. 700 is taken for each course. You can take project work after 2 semesters. MBA requires a minimum 50 %in graduation and a 45% is allowed for only reserved category.

Also you need a student handbook and prospectus which you will get from the Registrar (SRD), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 or from other Regional Centres of IGNOU. Either you need to send Rs.550 by a DD/IPO in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi/city of concerned Regional Centre or you pay Rs.500 in cash at the respective sale counters. It takes OPENMAT as the entrance test.
