    Dear friend,
if you are good in programming then you should definitely stick with your field means after B.Tech you should do M.Tech because you are good in programming and MBA is a new field completely new in which you will not enjoy the work. So, in my suggestion you should go with M.Tech after B.Tech. But if you want to go for MBA then you have to clear one of this following exams:
    1)CAT
    2)XAT
    3)IIFT
    4)SNAP
    5)MAT
    6)FMS
    7)TANCET
    8)JMET
    9)MAH CAT
    10)IBSAT

    All the best.............

    Hi,
See your query itself speaks, that you are coming under peer pressure. You are letting others to manipulate your thoughts. Do not do that. If you follow your heart, then money will automatically follow you. You do not want to join MBA. This is quite evident from the query that you have made. You are asking for MBA, because you heard about it from your friends. You have done B.Tech CSE and you are good in programming, hence you need to do M.Tech. It is pretty obvious that you want to go for M.tech. It is although true that MBA people earn way more than M.Tech people. But it is also true that without any inclination towards management or commercial genre if you take a decision and go ahead with MBA, then ultimately you will end up in complete mess. You will not score high and if you do not score high eminent business sectors will not give you a chance to sit for the aptitude test. So in your case just apply for universities with vacant M.Tech seats. You will their advertisements in the newspaper itself. When you get one, just contact the university and grab their form. After your form fill up and corresponding submission is successful, you will get to sit in their entrance examination. If you pass in it with a good score, you will be called for an interview. Once you clear the interview, your name will be put up in the merit list for admission.
