    Dear..

You have not mentioned clearly in the question whether you want to Work in education sector or want to go for further education, Anyways i am telling you the answer for both of the question. See if you want to work for some education institute then you can join after your MBA as a administrator, Manager Personal relation or as well as Placement assistant. All this job are good and comes with a good package offer so if you want to make this as you career you can go ahead

If you want to go for a teaching career or a P.hD program then you have to see the details given below :-

PhD Course can be done from :-

    IIM Ahemdabad
    ICFAI Hyderabad
    IBS Hydeabad
    Lovely Professional University
    MDI Guraon
    FMS Delhi
    XLRI Jamshedpur,

It will take around 2 years or more to complete the PhD

IF you want to go for NET exam then the details are as follows : -

Candidate must be a post graduate candidate
Candidate must have done his post graduate from a recognized college
Candidate must have 55% or more in its post graduation
Candidate should be 28 years or less for the exam
    No subject preference
Reservation is their for reserved category candidate

    Hope it will help

    Cheers...!!!

After completing you MBA you can teach in MBA colleges.
I would suggest that you should apply for the UGC NET exams
    .

This exam is conducted to give eligibilty to apply for Asst Professor jobs in colleges
Any Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks can apply for the NET exams
You have to give the NET exams in the subject MANAGEEMNT

Next NET exams would be held in June 2013
Notifications would come out in April 2013

    For Phd:
Minimum duration to do an Phd is 2 years
Maximum 5 years is given to complete the PHD
To take admission in the PHD in any university a candidate needs to have done Post Graduation
Selection procedure involves written tests and those who qualify the written tests are called for interview
You would be alloted a guide under whose guidamce you have to do the PHD

    Dear Aspirant,
MBA is Master of Business Administration.

It is a well renowned professional course which will broaden the scope of jobs for any candidate.

It is not really related with the education field.

If you want to get into the educational sector then you should have pursued M.Com.

But it is not so that the MBA students are not eligible.

There are several government educational sectors there you need to pass the selection procedure and have a 1st Class in your post graduation degree.

You may get employed in a Management Institute but for that you need to have a PhD degree.

The institutes which are government approved ask for a PhD degree.

It generally takes about 5 years to get hold of the PhD degree.
