Dear you are a student of class 12th and pursuing through science stream and your goal is to complete MBA in Human Resource Management because you want to get job in this sector that is why you have too this matter on the line so I would like to tell you that HR Department in business covers major part of the business and importance and contribution of this department is more than that of all other sections available in corporate sector that is why employees are demanded on higher number to get hired by various companies as per business rules that is why you should not worry and just complete your bachelor's degree first to get admission in MBA because that is necessary and when you go for bachelor's program then you should choose either BBA or BBM because both of these courses are from management stream and will give you more and basic knowledge about management and streams of MBA and you can take human resource management at graduation level also so that you will have no problem in MBA at all that is why you have to be strict and decide your goal first then walk towards that then only you will get the success otherwise there are so many other courses are available that will change your desire

Once you get admission in corporate sector through MBA in HR then you will get paid more than expected but question will be is that you should have completed your MBA in HR from a top management college as IIM or equivalent then you will be posted guaranteed in a company that gives placement to candidates on high payouts

    All the best
