Can a MBA student through IGNOU BPP instead of 10 2 gets Job opportunity ?

Friends, This year i will pass my MBA frm IGNOU but previously i did BPP instead of 10 2. i know it's not equivalent to 10 2 education. I have yrs of experience and expertise in International Missions. I am not interested for Govt. Jobs and will never do that But, how is the chances of getting better opportunities in Private Institution or Int'l Agencies for an Experienced MBA Holder but with BPP instead of 10 2 ?

    Hello Friend,

I don't think you can get a good job in MNCs. Most of the companies will see your education first rather than looking at your experience. I wonder how you are doing MBA without 10+2, and how you did graduation without 10+2?

Well based on experience, you can get job in small companies and can go further in them. But don't expect job in a good company.

My friend, i am not interested to pursue my career in MNCs since i am an Admin Professional having good working experience in United Nations, International Labour Organization & International Organization for Migration. International Missions and Private Humanitarian Missions do have a far more better salary and provisions, security and benefits than MNCs. Regarding doing of MBA and Bachelors without 10+2, i think you are too fresher and don't have sufficient ideas on this matters. A student who don't have 10+2 education can opt for learning a course called BPP from IGNOU. in BPP course we have to choose 2 subjects for which i did was Commerce and Social Science, It included almost every thing that i have studied previously in my 10+2 course. The only thing is BPP is not a formal qualification. After passing BPP a student is able to pursue further Bachelor's Degree from IGNOU, NSOU and few other universities. After clearing my class 11, the thing is i didn't attend my exams of class 12 as it was exactly during the time where i had a hectic work schedule in my office. However, i passed BPP course, then Bachelor's Degree in Public Admin with excellent scores and now currently at the Final years of MBA. I don't mind about the company whether it's good or not. The thing is to get High position with better salary, allowance and benefits. There is nothing to do with a good company. For e.g, lets say a person is in Good Company for but his position is Peon or assistant, then what's the fun in that. Moreover, in my previous jobs interview there were thousands of candidates having a Bachelor Degree with regular 10+2 but still they lacked in most of the areas where i had an expertise. so, definitely i hope the logic will follow in a same way. In today's advance world of recruitment Qualification seems an Entry ticket, it is just a criteria, the skills, knowledge, experience are counted further. I don't think a Good company's recruitment team will be interested to see if the candidate have a regular degree, whether he knows A,B,C,D...or not, whether he attended class 8 or not, whether he knows Roman numerals, whether he did plus 2 or BPP etc etc, if the candidate is already an MBA with Good skills and experience in the International Field.
