    As per the MBA entrance exam eligibility criteria ( For Most of the exams )

    You should have graduation from UGC recognised college/ institute
    you should have scored a minimum of 50% in your graduation and 45% in case of reserved category.

    Now since you have done your 3 year diploma, you need to have graduation before you are appearing for CAT or any other MBA exam.
    Your academic structure before appearing for MBA entrance exam should be like 10+2+4 or 10+2+3.

    Currently you are not eligible. Complete your graduation with good marks to make yourself eligible.

    No we cant do mba after completion of our diploma because for doing mba we ahve to get graduation with a minimim of 50% agregate in any recognised university in any center or state level .even final year students can also do mba for writting the written test.the entrance test such as XAT,MAT,GMAT,ATMA etc can be written .basing on the performance of the test you will be called for the groupdiscussion and personal interview .work experience is their it will add as extra qualification and for the students who want to do mba should concentrate on aspects such as:
    • verbal reasoning
    • quanittative aptitude
    • english based questions
    • logical reasoning
    • etc
    for preparing for group discussions and for the interview we should have:
    • communication skills
    • administative skills
    • management skills
    • leader ship
    • social skills
    • teamwork
