CS is the good course, and after doing this anyone can take easily job and not struggle for the job. Company Secretary is the course which has three types of programmes itself. First is foundation course, Second is Executive course and third is professional course and training. The eligibility criteria for the CS course is 10+2 in which anyone can get admission in Foundation course. But if you are graduate then you can get direct admission in executive course. But there is no any way to the direct admission in Professional course.

You are MBA then you can take direct admission in Executive course. And after passing the executive course you then will go for the professional course and after passing it you will go for the training. After training you will the awarded with the CS degree. ICSI Institute conducts this course all over India. You can see the Prospectus at www.icsi.edu You can take admission in it in regular course or Distance course both.
