Placement can be from any type(part time or full time) but it totally depends on your knowledge and your skills. Since you are working currently, i would suggest you not to leave your job. MNC jobs are really valuable and not that easy to get. You continue your MBA in distance or part time. For that you can go for Utkal or IGNOU.

    Utkal University-
For Utkal University youhave 2 yr MBA or 1 yr diploma in HR, Financial management or marketing etc.For2 yrs distance MBA you just need to be a graduate with min 50% in aggregate and will be selected through an entrance test of 2 hours duration . Its a 150 marks test shall ofsingle answer multiple choice questions. The test has questions on Comprehension, Test of Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative aptitude andGeneral Awareness. You may check www.utkal-university.org for more details.

I am giving you the details to opt for MBA andMCA in IGNOU, kolkata/delhi or other branches.

IGNOU courses are a 2.5 years correspondence course. You have MBA programme in IGNOU 21 courses long. You may opt for 4 coursesmaximum in a sem. Rs. 700 is taken for each course. You can take project workafter 2 semesters. MBA requires a minimum 50 %in graduation and a 45% isallowed for only reserved category.

Also you need a studenthandbook and prospectus which you will get from the Registrar (SRD),IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 or from other Regional Centres of IGNOU.Either you need to send Rs.550 by a DD/IPO in favor of IGNOU payable at NewDelhi/city of concerned Regional Centre or you pay Rs.500 in cash at therespective sale counters.

It takes OPENMAT as the entrance test. The datesfor the OPENMAT exams are
Entrance Exam is by middle of August, 2012
Application forms can be purchased frombeginning of March, 2012
Final Date of reception of complete applicationform is by last week of May,2012
    Its a 1.5 hrs test of 200 marks.It includesEnglish Language,GeneralAwareness,Quantitative Aptitude,Reasoning.

In private sector experience do count. you should leave the thought to go for a regular MBA, do it from a distance learning education just to get a degree.

And if you decide to do regular MBA and the question is 100% placement, then it depends upon your capability. College can give you assistance only.
