I think you are confused.
BMS is Bachelors of Management Studies
MBA is Masters of Business Administration

BMS is a bachelor degree while MBA is a Masters degree.

Go for BMS first and then you can go for MBA.
As far as salary is concerned, if you do your BMS and MBA from good college then you would earn good salary.
