    dear

it is better to do M.com after completion of b.com with 45 percent, doing M.com that too in correspondence is much better
because now a days there are no jobs for a person who secured minimum first class in b.com, so it is better to do a job after completion of b.com and in the other hand do M.com correspondence

the person will be benifited in two ways 1)he / she GAINS experience by doing job , 2)he/she has a chance of getting promotion by completing M.com in correspondence.....

    ONE SHOT TWO BIRDS........

    ALL THE BEST

    Dear Aspirant,

MBA Will help You for getting good opportunities in your career. But try to do it from good business schools.CAT and MAT entrance exams are compulsory if you want to get admissions in to top business schools, otherwise getting admissions in to top business schools is not possible. This two are national wide entrance test.if you qualify in this test then you are eligible to apply for all the business schools in India.

CAT is a common entrance test to be conducted by IIMs to get admissions in to their management programs. This is a online test and it is a national wide entrance test, where you should write the entrance test in on line.almost all the business schools in India are accepting CAT score.Appearing candidates are also very high for CAT entrance test. This test is conducted once in a year.

MAT is a management aptitude test conducted by AIMA-New Delhi, to get admissions in to business schools in India.Almost all the business schools except IIMs are accepting MAT entrance test score in India. This entrance test is conducted four times in a Year.i.e.February,May ,September, December etc

If You want to apply for CAT or MAT entrance test then you must be completed your graduation from recognized university with 50% of marks and if you are belonging to SC and ST then 45% of marks are enough. There is no age limit to apply for CAT and MAT Entrance Exam.

    My Suggestion is try to go for Finance Management Specialization is the good for You.If go for This specialization then You can get opportunities in various finance companies.Currently There are plenty Of companies are recruiting Finance candidates.In Finance field,If You are unable to get opportunities in the campus then no need to worry You can get opportunities in the market also for getting good opportunities.Some of the companies which are recruiting Finance Candidates like;

    Broadridge Financial Solutions,
    Capital IQ,
    FactSet,
    Bank Of America,
    HDFC Bank,
    Axis Bank,
    HSBC Bank,
    ICICI Securities,
    India Bulls,
    India Infoline Securities,
    Data Monitor,
    Shore Infotech Ltd,
    Yell Adworks,
    Bajaj Capital Ltd etc.
