    Dear Friend,

Some company do accept correspondence MBA which is recognised as AICTE and UGC.

If you want to continue with your job and there are chances of getting promotion in your company after completing correspondence MBA than it is good.

Some company give promotion based on your work and extra qualification.

    Best of Luck!!!!

    Dear friend,

No doubt regular MBA have more value than correspondence but if you can't do it in regular mode then you need to be careful in selection of University which offers correspondence MBA.

There are many Universities which have no value of their MBA degree. IGNOU, Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal has a good value and you should join one of them for MBA. It would be good for you and you will not find difficulty in getting job.

    Good luck
    Asma
