MBA and MS both are the Master degree courses which is done after successfully completing the Bachelor course. As you are the B, tech degree holder so I think MBA course will be more good for you as comparison to the MBA course.

It is the two years duration course.Definitely you can do this course.Basic eligubility criteria for this course is to complete the Graduation course with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate.

As you are telling that you have completed your bachelor course as B.tech so If you have scored minimum 50% marks or more then this marks so surely you can do the MBA course.

If you have completed your B.Tech then you must go for MBA if you are really interested because there is more score in MBA but there are also more scope of engineering but everything depends on your percentage marks in knowledge means if you have very good knowledge about your B.Tech then you must go for MS and if you have less knowledge and percentage then you should go for MBA to make your career brighter in both government and private sector and after B.Tech also you can apply for Bank IT Officer exam.

    All the best
