Which is best option between MBA and MCA? Is it valuable doing MBA,MCA for career? Or shall i go for group exam or banking exam?

hie.. diz avinash, i got a rank of 1904 in recently conducted icet exam...
Am very much confused whether to do Mba or Mca... Most of my friends says that at present both courses have no value so better try for group exams or banking exams... seriously after hearing those words i just lost my mind...

MCA stands for Masters in Computer Applications while MBA stands for Masters in Business Administration.

I will like to assure you that both the courses has immense earning potential .

Last year the highest salary offered to a MCA graduate was approximately 70 lakhs p.a for overseas posting( Highest salary stands at 1.5 crores).

Same is the case with MBA course . Last year highest salary to a IIM -Ahmadabad was 1.2 crores.

So earning potential is nearly same and vastly increases with hard work and experience.

    My recommendation-

I will like to advice you to go for MCA at present because with a B.Sc degree there is no good scope for development in the job market.MCA will open new and better avenues for you as it is considered equivalent to B.Tech.

Then after MCA go for a job. This job will help you decide whether you really require an MBA degree for your career progression.

    Coming to Banking exam-

You can go for Banking exam whenever you wish as you have a graduation degree

I would suggest not to waste time by solely preparing for Banking exams
.You can take admission in MCA and along with that prepare for Banking exam.

This way you can gather your Masters degree and also go for banking services when you qualify.

    Good Luck
