Dear friend,
MBA is the best choice than MCA Course for getting good opportunities in the top companies.MBA stands for Master of Business Administration.
MBA course is having huge demand in the world.Almost all the engineering graduates are showing interest towards management education
that too they are competing for doing MBA in top management institutes.
They all are competing for MBA course is just because of opportunities in the market.MBA graduates are having huge chances in the market
to find opportunities with huge packages.Recently one of the student from Indian Institute of Management-Ahmadabad has got an offer
with 1 crore package from one foreign company. So you can understand how much demand is there for management graduates in the world.
Almost all the specializations in MBA are having good demand in the market.Based on your back ground and Interest you can go for specialization.
If you do MBA from top ranked management institutes then you can get good opportunities what ever the specialization that your doing. If you
do MBA from Abroad then you will be having more chance to get good opportunities where you can find plenty of companies that will help you

You can get MBA full time as well as part time also. But full time MBA is more valuable rather than part time. Dear friend,
The MBA qualification broadens and enhances knowledge and should be viewed in a sense of building up skills.
Although the most popular reasons for undertaking the MBA is to increase salary, other reasons include widening career opportunities, furthering one’s career and/or to extend personal networks. The challenges imposed by the 21st century have made it an essential component that we upgrade skills and qualifications in order to meet the demands set by companies, customers and the environment we operate within. At the end of an MBA program, one emerges with an upper level of functional managerial and business issues as well as new conceptual skills ready to meet the demands that are set by the competitiveness around us.
It's all depend upon your interests. If you have a keen interest in MBA or management sector of the company then only you should opt for MBA.
Doing MCA is always better then doing MBA if you have have a good knowledge of basic languages like C,C++ and interest as well.
You could do MBA later if you think you need to do it when you are doing a job and looking for promotions and change of branch.
If you want to pursue MCA from a good college then you can appear in an entrance exam named PGCET.
You should take the famous entrances though like CAT,XAT,IIFT etc and if you are lucky to go through the IIM's or FMS or IIFT etc then you could go for MBA otherwise you should do MCA and wait for MBA.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER BCA FOR OUR BETTER FUTURE ?
i have completed my graduation in computer science. For post graduation mca is better or mba?
It is good to see you interest towards the master degree course.MBA and MCA both are the good master degree courses. The scope as well as opportunities of both courses are also good in their own streams. Both are the demanding course hence the future is also secure in the both courses.
It is quite difficult to choose any one course from the twos for a graduate person, if both courses are good. But dear aspirant going for any course is depend upon ones interest as well as the personal liking.
Personal liking as well as interest is not same for every one while it varies from person to person. One can also choose the next course on the basis of their previous course.
MBA and MCA both are the master degree courses. The basic eligibility criteria for both courses is to have a bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For the MCA course it is must to have Math subject during higher secondary.
Dear aspirant if you think that you are interested in the management and business sector. If you want to develop your career in the administration world than you can go for the MBA course. The duration of MBA course is two year.
Or,
If you are interested in the computers and operating system and if you want develop your career in the Computers and its application than you can go for the MCA course.
Both the courses are good. But dear aspirant the decision is depend upon you as well as your interest, SO think carefully before any decision.
!! Good Luck !!

JSD
