    Friend, it depends on you only.

    both options are very good for your future growth and career.

    but if depends where you interest lies .

    if you are interested in the field of Engineering ,

    and want to gain more knowledge in the same field then M.TECH is better.

    but if you want to gain knowledge in the field of Management, MBA is the one for you.

    so, work hard and best of luck.

    There is no thing which is bad in study and you must know that there is no subject in the world which is not having scope but the thing is that, you must be master in that particular subject and if you are confused about your higher studies and wanna help then i would like to suggest you according to your qualification that you must go for Engineering streams because as you have completed your graduation in engineering then you have a very good knowledge about engineering and if you will include management studies in your career then it may be bad for you and you will not learn the management properly so you must be in line and there is a huge scope of your M. Tech. in multinational companies so do it.
