    Hello,
I am really glad that you are asking this question before you joined any stream for your masters. Had you done your B.tech in computer science and engineering, my answer to you would have been different. But since you have done
this B.Tech in Electronics I would suggest you to rather go for M.tech than MBA. M.Tech in Electronics or M.Tech in
VLSI will be more suitable for you and more appropriate and related for you with respect to the graduation subject.
MBA on the other hand will be more business oriented subject, which will be a little difficult for you, if you are not inclined towards the subject and did not have prior commerce knowledge. So definitely go for M.Tech.

Its good to see your interest towards the higher studies.Basically both the courses are good in their own stream.MBA is related with the quite detailed manner of the information of business and administration. The M,tech course will give you the knowledge related to your previous course. It relates the technical field.
I think that M,tech course more seems good for you in comparison of MBA.

As you have spent your four years in the B,tech course, so if you will pursue the M,tech course then you will feel at ease with this course and excel easily in this field, So I will advise you to go for the M.tech course rather than MBA course.

    !!Good Luck!!
