Of course if you are good interest in Bioinformatics then you have to go for M.Tech in Bioinformatics. B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology is the field of agriculture, food processing and medicine. MBA is the managerial field, so if you will come in MBA then you will fully leave your subjects and streams. Management line is the field which is fully different from the technical field.

After doing M.Tech you will go for the govt. research center and also go for the medicine company in the lab work, but in the managerial field you will only go for the administrative work in any company. You can also go for the managerial field with your M.Tech but in the medicine company. In the MBA you will only the fresher and you have to work hard and get many years job experience for the high post.

It is better for you to go for the M.Tech and prepare for the entrance exams for the Research center. Or you can go for the govt. jobs in the lab. Also you can go for the Professor posts in any engineering or Pharma related colleges. Best of luck.
