    hi friend.
its totally up to you, if your interest is towards technology then m.tech is right option for you. if your interest is towards buiness or economy side then mba is right for you. so first of all choose what your interest and where you want to work and according to that make your decision.
before taking the admission understand all if and buts thenafter only take the admission.
    all the best.

This totally depends on you, if you want to go on business management line then you can go for MBA or you want to go on the same technical line that you have studied ,you should go for M.tech.But if you like to do both and have a better understanding then you can do M.tech first and then go for MBA.So choose the one that suits you.I just advised you and now its your decision that what you want to go for.

The best option for you would be M.Tech because as you have already completed your B.Tech. and you know that your stream is technical or engineering stream then you must make your career in this line because it is very profitable and huge stream which may give you the best brightness in you future and Technical students or candidates are mostly required or hired by many multinational companies as - Reliance, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Kingfisher, TATA, Airtel, etc. and if you qualify your M.Tech with at least 75% marks then you may easily get a better placement or campus selection by multinational companies so you must prefer for M.Tech. and earn and learn some more technical and IT Skills then you will definitely make your future.

    All the best

    hiiii friend
mba and m.tech both are good carier. you can choose your carier by your own interest or goal.
    mba is related to buisness
mtech is related to your core subject.
if you are interested in getting job in mnc then mba is best for you.
if you are interested in research, teaching at university.or become to scientist then m.tech is best for you.
so you can choose your carier by identifying your own interest and by fixing your goal
so best of luck for your bright future
    thank you
