First of all let me tell you that its not the course that can give you a great career but your own dedication is the thing that matters the most. If you want to make a great career then yes a good career option is the key but your dedication is equally important. You have told that you are confuse between various course such as MBA, M.com, CS, CA ans ICWA and you are not able to choose exactly which course is better for you. I think you should go for the course according to your interest. If you are hard core accounts fan then you should choose anything among CA, CS or ICWA but in case you have a little business sense and if you want to go for something interesting in your career apart from accounts then I think you should choose MBA. I am not really in favour of M.com as it has less scope as well as market demand and hence I do not advice this for you.
For others MBA will be best for you.
Course details are as follows :-
1. MBA is a two year course which is conducted by AICTE run business school. IIM are the prominent institute in India which has a track record of best placement. Many a times the packages are 2-3 times more then what an Chartered accountant gets so i think you should go for MBA.
MBA eligibility is as follows :-
Graduation with 55% marks
Good communication skills
Any subject student can go for MBA
No age Bar
Experience will be an added advantage.
Benefits of MBA :-
1. Higher salary then others
2. Switching job will easy
3. You will directly get higher posts
4. Companies are always looking at Candidates having management Expertise
Hope it will help
As you don't interested in mba,m.com,ca,cs,icwa.I would prefer actuary program after b.com as it is one of the highest paid career in the world or you can also done IAS course.

I am a b.om student...........nw m in final year.....,i want to do something best after b.com can u suggest me..........plz
After you done with B.com, MBA is the most preferable course. Next to MBA, you can have option of M.Com. There are no other courses other than mba, m.com, cs, ca icwa for B.com Completed Students
You may apply for any of the courses after B.Com according to your wish.
All the three courses are post graduate courses.
MBA is Master of Business Administration and M.Com is Master of Commerce.
CS is Company Secretary. CA is Chatered Accountant and ICWA is Institute of Cost and Work Accountant.
The MBA, CS, CA and ICWA are professional courses.
If you want to go for management sector of jobs then you should go for MBA.
If you go for CS then you need to deal with the company law and all.
After CA you will need to deal with the finance and through ICWA you will be dealing with the cost and accounting.
M.Com is also good for job prospect.
Just because you can do M.Com, CA, CS, MBA, ICWA, etc. no one will give you good job and good salary. The good job and position is depends on your knowledge, hardwork, study, etc. If you can look towards all the courses in this manner then you come to know that, all the courses have their own value in the job market.
Suppose you can complete your MBA and you are good in communication i.e. you can attract people with your communication then you become good sales executive. But instead of doing MBA, if you can do CA or CS then their is no use.
So, first you can look at yourself and analyse that in which field you are good. Then you can decide in which course/field you want to make your career.
BEST OF LUCK....
Personally I would recommend considering MBA. It is so much rewarding and you will cherish your MBA experience!
