    Hello,
Yes dear, you are definitely eligible for M.Phil degree. This degree let me tell you is a kind of replacement of PhD. degree. So this degree has a huge value in the field of education. You will see sometimes that some universities have principals having M.Phil degree. Now for M.Phil. degree it is mandatory to have a master degree. You have this degree already. So you are definitely eligible for applying for M.Phil. Now your degree in masters suggests that you must apply for M.Phil. in management. Normally M.Phil. degree is of 2 years. But in case of management this becomes of 1 year generally. But also you need to take care that sometimes some universities take examinations to shortlist candidates for the M.Phil. course. So you must sit and clear that examination to get admission. After you clear M.Phil. It will be better to not to go for corporate jobs
but academical jobs and especially in schools.
