Dear if you are willing to get the job in Indian Railways under Group D posts then you should have passed class 10th with at least 50% marks from a recognized board and 45% marks for SC/ST category candidates and you can apply for various posts as - Porter, Sweeper, Khalasi, Trackman etc. and may get the job

You will have to qualify the examination and then you will have to qualify running test then you will be appointed for that post and if you pass in written exam and fail in running then you will not be considered as qualified for this job

If you wants to know about the promotion then first you have to join with group D then if you participate in the Departmental examination and qualify then you will get the promotion from your job and will become Technician Grade III and if you qualify any other one more than your grade would be increased and you may come under Technician Grade I then there are more opportunities to become a Loco Pilot in Railways but for that you need to serve more than 10 years in Indian Railways and if you qualify the written examination of Open recruitment then you can easily become A Loco Pilot

Dear you have more qualification than the recruitment and that is why you need to apply for open recruitment for the post of Assistant Station Master, Goods Guard, Technician Grade I, Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Announcer and get a better job

    All the best

Just on the basis of Your qualifiactiosn of you being MBA you will not get promotion to higher ranks.
Promotion depends on time spend at the job and also internal vacancy created and at last you have to appear in the departmental exams.
Also if you have got a job in Indian Railways in group D , you can join that job, if you do not have any other job with right now or any other options.

Also after joining that job you can work hard and start preparing for Group C jobs in Indian railways
Whenever Vacancy are advertised you can apply

Also you can prepare and apply for the the below exams:

    >> SBI PO & IBPS PO exams Graduation pass in any stream.Final year Graduation students cannot apply.
Age should be between 21 to 30 years

    >> SSC Combined Graduate level exams: Eligibilty is Graduation pass. Final year Graduation students cannot apply.
Age should be between 18 to 27 years
