There is no relation in between the two . You did your graduation in IT and now wants to get into Management field , So its not easy or difficult . It depends on your interest . Most of the graduates from Technical/IT background choose Management because of higher job prospects . It won't be difficult to get Masters degree . Human Resources like other Management courses is fully theoretical subject unlike what you had in your Graduation (more stress on Practicals) .
