AFTER BCOM MBA(FINANCE) IS A GOOD OPTION

I suggest you to go for MBA(finance) after your degree in Bcom because you will be more successful in that field than ERP-SAP. If you are good in the finance part I recommend you MBA in finance specialization. Else you are having many specializations in MBA from which you can select one.

    Regards.

    Hello Dear Friend,

MBA is the Good choice after completing B.Com Course. If You go for SAP,Then It may be not possible for getting good opportunities because in SAP You won't find Fresher Jobs.So Don't go for that.MBA Stands for Master Of Business Administration. MBA Will help You for getting good opportunities in the Market.Management Education is always having a good career. If You do Management Education from India or Abroad doesn't matter. You can get good opportunities. But If You do Management Education from the top business schools from Abroad then You will be having more chances for getting good opportunities in the top Multi National Companies.

Management Education Fee Structure will be depends on the Institution where You want to get admission in to MBA Course. If It is From IIMs,You should spend a minimum of 12 Lakhs and Maximum amount will be 25 Lakhs.

    Tier1 Institutions: 8 Lakhs to 25 Lakhs
    Tier2 Institutions: 4 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs
Tier3 Institutions: Up to 4 Lakhs

1.You must be completed graduation with 50% of marks from Recognized university and If You are belongs to Sc and ST Categories then 5% Relaxation is available.

You can go for Finance Management Specialization in MBA Course.Finance is one of the most popular specialization in the world specially for Management education. You can find number of employment opportunities with finance in the market. If are having sound knowledge in accounts and Finance then it is very easy to get opportunities in the Finance field. Most of the finance interviews they will give more preference to the candidates who are having B.Com back ground in their graduation. They only more preferred in the interview,But if you are having sound knowledge then surely you will get good opportunities in the finance sector.Finance companies like Capital IQ,Factset,Broadridge,JP Morgan,HSBC,Bank of America etc..have number of openings for MBA finance candidates.

Re: After B.Com which is better SAP or MBA?

    Hello,
Well since you specifically mentioned MBA or MCA then I would rather say MCA. MCA right now will be better choice than MBA. MCA is master of computer applications. So the name itself suggests that it is a technology oriented genre. You can join any technical positions in any IT sector, right after this. Already you are from B.Com genre, so you have commercial knowledge. So what you need right now is to club that with technical knowledge. Also in most MCA courses some slots are kept in first or second semesters from commerce genre(for example, Tally or FA or Accounts,etc.). So you will have quite a similarity there. You can go for some of the leading companies like TCS or IBM or CTS etc. after you do MCA.
Now one important thing I need to say here. This is that for MCA you must be from science genre of graduation and that too mostly with mathematics in the subject combination. So being from commerce genre you will not be able to opt for almost for all regular MCA courses. So instead you can go for distance MCA courses. You can opt for a distance MCA course by enrolling in IGNOU. IGNOU has quite a lot of study centers, each being in different state or district. So log onto www.ignou.ac.in, to find out the study center near your location and enroll for that directly. No other formality is required.

Re: After B.Com which is better SAP or MBA?

    Hello,
Since you mentioned on ERP SAP, it is quite evident that you want to go for business or commerce oriented courses. So better you go for MBA. MBA will give you the degree and certificate of masters, whereas ERP SAP will only be only a diploma course. So it is better to empower yourself rather with MBA course and make yourself a master degree.
Now one of the most eligible test for admission into MBA program is CAT(Common Aptitude Test) which is held every year in between the month of October and November. Now this year's applications have already been taken. So please go in for the next year's CAT. If you want to go for CAT then you must have an all together marks of 50% or more. If you belong to the reserved category, then you can do with 45% or more in your graduation. The entire examination procedure is conducted by IIMs in India or Indian Institute of Management. So you can get admission in IIMs after clearing CAT. Well here the standard is quite high and you need around 99 percentile to get it in IIM. Also they hold another round of interview also called the GD or group discussions. If you clear that too, then you will be able to make it in IIM. Now other than IIM you can opt for other colleges like XLRI or IGNOU or Amity based on this score. So all the best.
