    HI

Your 10th and 12th marks are low but your graduation and post graduation marks are good
Few IIMs give calls based on CAT score only and few other gives based in CAT score and 10th, 12th and graduation marks
These criteria keep changes time to time.
Its possible to get call from IIM with these marks provided you perform really well in CAT.
Give your 100%, there are many good colleges who select candidate based on CAT score.
So if not IIMs, other top college will provide you seat for sure

    All the best

    You are thinking wrong.

After you pass CAT eam then you will be alloted for IIM college as per your CAT score not 10th or 12th class marks.

The eligibility criteria to sit in CAT exam is given below:

you should have passed any bachelor degree with minimum 50% marks.

SC/ST candidates are given relaxation in percentage of 5.

So they need to have minimum 45% marks in graduation.

    hi friend.
if you clear the cat exam with a good score and performs well in gd and pi than definitely there is a chance to get admission in iims. it is correct that iims carry 20% weightage on academic results, but is also true they give 25% weightage to job experience (additionally). since your academic results are not too good but you are having a work experience of one year which help you to get admission over there.
this work experience not only help you at the time of admission but also at the time of placement. you will get a lead over fresher.
    all the best.
